Hi , my name is Dale F. Arroyo, MCC and I am a cruiseaholic! 
To find a cure I became a Cruise Consultant in 1989 and have actually gotten worse since! My husband, myself, and 4 children took a cruise vacation in 1989 and thought it was the best vacation possible! I wanted to get into business but had not found my passion. Upon returning from the SS Norway, I discovered it was cruising. Shortly thereafter, I started selling cruise travel and have never looked back!
I decided I wanted to learn everything that I possibly could to ensure my clients enjoy the best possible cruises. I received my Cruise Line International, Master Cruise Counselor certification in 1996 and completed the requirements to become a Princess Cruises Expert, a Celebrity Cruises Consultant, and a group specialist. Continuing Education is a very important part of keeping up with the fast-changing trends in the Cruise Industry.
Traveling aboard many different cruise lines and ships has given me firsthand experience into the world of cruising. I have cruised on more than 50 ships representing 12 different cruise lines. I have been invited to many ship inaugurals, including the recently introduced Liberty of the Seas with Royal Caribbean International; it is truly a ship to experience.
Escorting groups is one of the highlights of my job. I have traveled with groups ranging from 20 to 150 people to the Caribbean, Alaska, and Europe. There is no better way to have a family celebration or business seminar than on a cruise ship.
If I ever meet anyone who has not loved their cruise, I let them know that their agent did not put them on the right ship.
My ultimate goal is to select the perfect cruise vacation for you!
